The GolfWorks Maximum Strength Quick Set Epoxy is the strongest “5 minute” epoxy available, specifically formulated for metal wood and iron club assembly. Standard “5 minute” epoxies are only recommended for putter assembly and temporary emergency repairs. With a full cure lap shear strength of 2900 psi and a usable cure time of 15-30 minutes, the Maximum Strength Quick Set Epoxy eliminates the need for unreliable one part cyanoacrylate adhesives and is much more reliable than standard “5 minute” shafting epoxies with average lap shear strengths of 1500 psi. Maximum Strength Quick Set is black in color with a mix ratio of 1:1.
